News: No Zero in HTF s4
Aug. 7th, 2017 08:47 amspikedluvTumblr broke the bad news over the weekend that Adam Senn has confirmed that he will NOT be returning to HTF s4. I am surprisingly upset by this news, given my reservations about what a season four might hold for Jude, Zero, and Zude.
I will be joining the ranks of people not watching the show, even if Jude is on because I can’t imagine how they’d write Jude without Zero while still keeping Zude. And if they decide to give Jude another love interest, I’m not here for that.
This does seem to add credence to my speculation that the renewed show will focus on new characters, possibly a new generation, because everyone got closure in the summer special, and Ahsha and Derek moved to Miama, so they’d have to undo that . . . and I’m not interested in watching that. (Unless we see Jude’s son or daughter running the Devils, which I highly doubt.)
If you need to vent, please feel free to do so in comments.

He's stoked! We're stoked! Now that it's happening, let's talk about what we want to see in S4 for Jude and Zero. I'll start:
1. I definitely don't want soap opera drama for our boys. No cheating storyline, or whose baby is it, or any of that crap. I want Zude to remain a team, and for the boys to always have each others backs.
2. To give the boys drama, I would love to have Laura show up. Either Zero decides to contact Laura or Laura somehow figures out who Zero is, maybe because Leo and Carla show up and make a stink. I would love for Zero's horrible foster family life to become public, and for him to give interviews/write a book/decide to give some kid a GOOD foster family. And maybe Zero and Laura have a tough time reconnecting, but he's determined and Jude is supportive, naturally. (Maybe Jude has a private talk with Laura?)
3. I would love to see Oscar's reaction to Jude and Zero. Please god, let Zero give it to Oscar good for being such a crap father to Jude. (If Zero has a line about being 'rather loud' I would be very happy. *g*)
4. I want to see Jude and Jelena working together for the good of the team even though they kinda hate each other and don't really trust each other. Or maybe they do? Maybe Jude and Jelena go through a crucible.
5. I want to see lots of Lionel being Jude's friend, and supporting Zude, even if she has some qualms about Zero.
6. I want Zero to become team captain and to become actual friends with his teammates.
7. A house warming party! *g*
